Now, let's get back to the amazing Snickers Pie that I made last week. I really wish I would have taken a picture? ( I definitely will on the next one)

This Pie is the easiest, most decadent Pie I have had. It took me all of 10 minutes to assemble but it definitely made me look like a master baker, which by the way?I am not 😂

Ingredients:

1 pre made graham cracker crust ( I chose Oreo)

Caramel Sauce

Chocolate Sauce

1/4 c of crushed peanuts

3 snickers Bars ( Of course you can use any kind)

8 oz of Cream Cheese

1/4 of Milk

1 container of Whipped topping

1 package of Sea Salt Caramel Dessert Mix ( Sold on the website)

let the whipped topping and cream cheese come to room temp

then chop your candy bars and peanuts

In your mixer place your Sea Salt Caramel mix and 1/4 c of milk slightly mix and let it dissolve.

While that is going on grab your pie crust and drissle some Caramel, just to coat the bottom, then take your nuts and candy bars . Sprinkle on the crust, a thin layer will work.

Now back to the mixer, add in your softened cream cheese to the milk mixture and beat until smooth. Then mix in more candy bars to the mixture. Gently fold in the Whipped Topping and pour into pie crust. Decorate the top with drizzles of chocolate and Caramel sauce. Top with remaining candy bars ( there may be extra to snack on)

Place this Gorgeous Pie in the fridge to set for 2 or more hours.

What you have is a light and fluffy Cheesecake!

It is rich but trust me the pie will be gone in hours.

Feel free to have fun with it, change up your pie crust? Try different Candy Bars? Have fun with it!

I hope you enjoyed this and remember to smile and enjoy your day!

Well, Spring is here!

By now I am sure you've pulled your feeders out of their Winter slumber.

I love this time of year!

Everything comes alive!

So let's start with your Hummingbird nectar. I have heard so many recipes for this. Of course it's just sugar and water but the question is the amounts and to boil or not to boil? Well, I'm no expert by any means but I find that 1cup of sugar to 2 cups of water works for me. You can adjust to your needs ( you will know it's right , when you have hummers every where). I don't boil my water either but not only is my water filtered it also gets extremely hot. Really all you need to do is make sure the sugar is absolutely dissolved. Let it cool completely down and voila you have Hummingbird Nectar.

Now if the little critters are still not coming around? Try hanging some flowers next to the feeders to lure them to your feeders. My hanging petunias do the trick every time!

Its also important to remember that they may even disappear for a while and you're scratching your head wondering "Where did they go?" Well, they probably flew off to nest but don't worry they will return. So keep your feeders clean and ready!

Last weekend I made the most amazing pie! Made with Sea Salt Caramel Dessert Dip. I'll make sure to share the recipe with you next time. Super easy, decadent and no baking required!

Until then! Remember to smile and appreciate your surroundings!
